Who are you?
You recognize yourself as an action-oriented, energetic type who likes to score? But you also know that capturing appointments in modern systems is also part of it? Have you already proven that in the staffing industry?
Totally ideal if you speak Turkish; is not a must, but very useful!
Then we are looking for you. You are always focused on customer and employee satisfaction through the ideal match you always manage to make.
What will you do?
You will take over existing permanent accounts from an internal go-to person. Always saying YES to ask-outs and working with the region teams to fill the flex demand properly is what you do. This includes the administrative process (enrollment-placement-contract management-hours-control-mobility management).
You may, of course, do your own acquisitions, is fine with us! You connect the recruiters to the need and you yourself hunt in our large employee database. You make the match and arrange the onboarding; our back office administration is centrally organized.
