Specific requirements (certificates)
A builder with insight. If developers and contractors want to build up, you will need to be able to work on safe scaffolding, and you take care of that. Whether for new construction or renovation projects: you think both are cool. You have the understanding to properly set and transfer a scaffold from start to completion.
Are you not yet experienced but want to learn this level? Come and talk!
ZZP-ers are welcome.
What will you do?
Prepare and coordinate project requirements (gauges materials, fittings, safeguards). With your team, load the materials into the truck and unload on site. Install scaffolding in accordance with agreement with the superintendent/contractor.
Liaise with the company manager in case of unforeseen circumstances, think along with them about solutions and ensure that construction can start on time.
