Vacancy: Kitchen Foreman

You will be working for a leading catering company specializing in high quality party catering and event organization.

Job Description As a Kitchen Foreman, you are an indispensable link in our operational team. You lead the team in the sink kitchen and make sure everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and managing the sink kitchen team.
• Ensuring efficient and hygienic handling of dishes, glassware and kitchen utensils.
• Preparing work schedules and ensuring optimal staff scheduling.
• Performing quality control and compliance with HACCP guidelines.
• Identify and report equipment maintenance needs.

What do we expect from you?

• Leadership experience, preferably in a similar environment.
• Good organizational skills and stress resistance.
• Knowledge of hygiene regulations (HACCP).
• Speaking Dutch and/or good English is required, with knowledge of at least one of the following languages as a plus: Polish, Portuguese .
• Living in the Veghel area.
• Flexibility in working hours (including evenings and weekends).
