Who are you?
You understand that coffee can make or break the day: therefore, all coffee machines must always work at the regular customers in your work area. You are handy and practical, you can work independently and interact well with customers and guests. You enjoy learning new things.
Language proficiency is necessary for customer contact and the tools you need to use.
A driver’s license B makes you widely employable and it is an advantage if you already understand HACCP and food safety regulations.
What will you do?
You will independently take care of coffee machines at customers’ premises: cleaning, refilling ingredients and maintaining modern coffee machines according to order. Regularly do the same for snack and soft drink vending machines. That also makes it physical work at times. Work assignments are given through a handheld.
You replenish supplies (coffee, tea, milk, sugar, cups).
You fix minor vending machine malfunctions yourself, or call in a troubleshooting technician.
Working safely and efficiently are important so that the coffee moment is maximized.
