Who are you?
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
– You have a completed mbo education in financial administrative direction;
– You have at least two years of experience in a similar position;
– You are organizationally strong;
– You can work independently and are proactive;
– You have communication skills
– You have a command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing
What will
you do?
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers and partners via phone, mail and reception. But you also support your colleagues administratively and financially. For example, you will support work planners in making appointments and schedules. You will be responsible for preparing, booking and processing contracts, quotes and invoices, and proactively contact customers and suppliers when something is not right.
You keep track of employees’ time records and ensure that all administrative documents and data are in order. In other words, you make sure the organization runs! Good organizational skills are therefore desirable.
